Can drinking water at night give you a false negative??

Okay... I have a very small bladder so I usually pee once an hour or at least once every two. At night I go 2-4 hours without peeing but I always wake up at least once athe night and usually a couple times. I also drink water every time I get up. Probably not so smart but I've been like this my whole life... I keep getting vvvvvvfp or possibly evaps because they get darker after 20 mins to an hour. Is my constant drinking and peeing messing up my morning test??? I'm 2 days late for af and I really want to know if this is my month!
