Positive hpt Negative hpt than a blood test resulting in 6 IU Retest 11/11/17 Am I pregnant?

On October 27th 2017, I tested positive on a frer digital test that clearly read " YES +" @ 9 pm. The next morning ( 28th ) I went to a clinic confirm, and begin the process. Well to my surprise I received a negative urine test. The Dr had sent me to complete some blood work on the 31st of October, she said anything above a 5 was good! Well I got a 6. Which in my mind is better than nothing.. Now I am ordered to have some more blood work to see if the number had increased or decreased, but I just don't understand how I got negatives after a positive.

I may want to add in that around noon yesterday November 6th, I had the urge to push while peeing followed by a really sharp pain. When I would look at the tissue I noticed some pink/very light colour ( which only lasted for 3 outta 15 bathroom breaks ). All my symptoms are still intact, still feel very pregnant
