Provera 10mg For 10 Days, What Are Everyone's Experiences And Pregnancy Stories?

I have been trying to conceive since August 2016. I have had 3 periods since my son was born and he was born September of 2015. My OBGYN prescribed me Provera 10mg for 10 days. I started to menstruate 3 days after my last dose. It lasted 10 days in total, 7 days of which were very heavy and a lot of clots passed. My cycles were typically only 7 days when I did menstruate. I had egg white discharge which has lead me to believe that I did Ovulate this month on October 20th. The past 3 days I have been having cramps and breast tenderness (Tightness) along with a burning feeling in my abdomen (Not a UTI I have had those since I was very young and know the symptoms). I woke up this morning feeling queasy but not horribly.
I guess my question is, What are your experiences with taking Provera and getting Pregnant on the first cycle? Also what were your symptoms? Also interested if anyone has had these symptoms and found out they were pregnant even without the Provera.
