I was 100% sure AF was supposed to visit this morning help?!

Hello Ladies! I was freezing cold last night mostly my feet and i had horrible cramps so assumed AF was on her way..so i put on a towel and went to sleep so i was suprised to awake with her no where to be seen...i thought id check my CP and its low firm like as if im on my monthly. My question ladies do u think i could be pregnant if my cp is like that or that shes probs just delayed a day ? Thankyou x
