Will I be Pregnant ???

I have irregular periods most of the time, this month my periods were on time with a proper flow, I have been trying to conceive over six months, me and my husband have tried until yesterday.. but yesterday onwards there is slight brown discharge with the mucus. I want to know is there anything to worry, will I get pregnant ???
