Am i too late?

Hi Guys, please help. ive been testing this whole week with OPKs and its been negative, This morning at 05h00 it shows up positive, Hubby and I can only get together at around 17h00. I am scared that it will be too late since it will be 12 hours since first Positive OPK, Will there still be time? or will i be too late? and what are the chances of me conceiving 12 hours after first positive OPK?
