Can be pregnant while using condoms?

Hello friends. Plz help me out. my husband uses condom, i have pcod and my periods are never regular,the last period was two months back. two weeks back we have condom slippage but seems it was half out of my body and never completely inside. Last week i have travelled internationally , and was feeling very tired all the time and thought it was due to jetlag but the tiredness and dizziness didnt go away after a week also . So took hpt that was negative but there was very very fant line in the morning which could be barely captured on camera so took another one 36 hrs a part and still it was negative in the window time period. I have little nausea and tiredness only and then yesterday morning i had light spotting , was happy that my periods have come but it was dark brown and its never like the way i get my period coz its very less in quantity and also the colour is dark brown.. so anyone had the similar pocture before. Plz help me iam freaking out like anything.
