I am currently breastfeeding and recently started feeling pregnant.

I had my son about 3 months ago and recently started feeling pregnant. I don't get periods and haven't had one since he was born. I have taken one test at night and it came back negative. I also took one in the morning and it looks positive but the line doesn't look solid but has color. How long should I continue testing before I know for sure?
