4 positive pregnancy tests!! Could this be false positives?? Or is that rare??

Okay so my periods are irregular ever since I got my IUD out 10 months ago!! Always am thinking I’m pregnant and getting so many crap lines bc I look at them so long they dry out! Lol anyways this month is different! I have been nauseous and I have taken 4 pregnancy tests all different times of the day not even with first morning pee.. and they all came up positive within 30 seconds!! Wow but I’m so used to being let down that I can’t actually believe it. I’m going to doctors today to confirm but I just wanted to get some input maybe some encouragement before I go to ease my mind! Lolol is it possible to have 4 positives at different times and it be wrong?? Last week I did have some brown spotting and on and off again cramps. Thanks in advance guys! I’m new to this... been trying for a baby this will be my first. I just keep praying everything works out P.S — the positives on the test was very strong no faint lines it was clearly positive
