Am I having pregnancy symptoms?!

So I am currently at 9 dpo and Ive notice some changes these past two weeks! ( approx.) I think I have went through implantation due to the fact I was spotting and also was having cramps on my lower right abdomen. To day I am still getting sharp pains coming and going in the same spot. Also I never have frequent bowel movements but lately I'm having to go every day. I've also noticed my skin has gotten so oily which is always dry normally. I'm munching down on lots of Spanish food it's the only thing that sounds appetizing I get very nauseated with any fast food or almost anything g other than Spanish. And my head aches come and go throughout the day. I've taken many tests most of them way to early but I've noticed a very faint line in my recent test but you can only see it if you really look which may not count. I've also have been sleeping till noon time and waking up with just enough time to get ready for work and I never sleep like that I usually suffer from restless nights!Advice?
