Are these telltale signs of early pregnancy?

- Stuffy/runny nose (sometimes it bleeds, not much)
- Delayed period
- Lighter period than the normal

September 15th, I was suppose to start my period at least give or take a few days. Instead, my period showed up on Sept 26th. It was an 11 day delay for my period. Before my period, I was experiencing yellow and sometimes creamy, white mucous/discharge. It concerned me so I tested. It was bfn twice.

Now that I've received my period, it's been super lighter than the normal. And I only bled for the day of Sept 26 and 27th. I'm completely off today. I've also developed a few small nose bleeds, stuffy and runny nose.

Is there a possibility that I ovulated later?
