VERY faint line on clear blue early HPT

I don't know when i ovulated as my periods have been irregular ever since i stopped taking the pill in Feb, yesterday i took a HPT as it has been over a month since my last period, and a VERY faint line came up.. its hard to see but i'm sure its there. My boyfriend said he can see it too just and its also there when i tweak it. I don't want to get my hopes up but is this a good sign?? I have done tests before and they haven't shown anything.
