It's unlikely that your pregnant but anything is possible until your af shows.
I went through the same thing multiple times over the years that did not end with a pregnancy. It was just my body and hormones that caused my af to be super late, sometimes even 3 months late and I was only 28-31 years old each time it happened so I know it wasn't premenopausal symptoms.

You should be able to go to your primary doctor and tell them your worried about your cycle being so off and have them order an ultrasound to see why, pcos or endometriosis etc and more then likely your doctor will order it for you.

I'm not saying that's what is going on with you but it's a way to get an ultrasound. Make sure they order both a vaginal and a regular ultrasound cause if you are PG then you'll need the vaginal one to see it since you'd be so early on it the pregnancy.
