What does implantation cramps feel like?

I'm currently 9DPO and suffering from mild cramps on my left side. Af is not due and there has been no signs of it. I came off the pill 34days ago and haven't had an AF yet, but have BD nearly every day since coming off it as my partner and I are TTC. I'm just wondering if anyone felt these twinges only on one side that turned out was only AF? or BFP? Thanks

I can't say if that means you're pregnant, but I'm interested in this answer, as I'm 3 dpo and have been having the same symptom.
