When should I test again?

This is our first month trying and my lmp was august 3rd my cycles are usually 31-34 days I downloaded a app that said I ovulated on the 19th but I think it had to be later (27th) i missed my period and my test are bfn ...if I go by the 27th I'm only 10dpo is it possible I'm pregnant?I have every symptom and now I'm sick(feels like a cold) out of nowhere ..last time I took a test was 4am when would be best to test again?
