IVF Ladies - 2nd Period after Egg Retrieval

Hi ladies, waiting for my second period to start after my egg collection. Did a freeze all and took a month off. First bleed came easy a week after the surgery, then I wanted to know if I would O on my own afterwards, so I used OPKs, so I know I was at least gearing up to. I have no problems with my cycles, my tubes or o-ing every month, sometimes irregularly, but it always happens. My beautiful hubby was badly affected by a botched hernia op, so that's our main issue. Got a definite + HPT just under a week ago, but I read it an hour later, another test same day about 5 hours later, faint +. Didn't quite trust it completely lol, neg test this morning with FMU but diff brand. Currently on CD36, so deff late, but cycles can be extended after an ER. Having symptoms that are very unusual for my cycles, (I won't list them, we all know the gist lol). But I have been having weird pinching, pulling cramps since a week after O (if I did end up O-ing after all), which I never have. My ER was on
