Should I be expecting a period or a baby

I ovulated on the 18th of August and had unprotected sex that day and then had extremely light spotting from the 20th until the 22nd. From the 25th to the 27th I had dark brown discharge that only required one tampon a day. My period was due on the 27th so I assumed it was just my period with old blood. Today I wiped and I had bright pink blood. A few hours later I went to the restroom and there was just a very small blood clot when I wiped like the size of a sesame seed. I've taken a few tests and they all came back negative with very very faint lines that we clear in color so I assumed evap lines. My breasts have been a little sore for two days and I've had mild cramping and diarrhea but even the test this morning was negative with another thing colorless line. I'm confused and don't want to go to the doctor or hospital yet because I don't have insurance. Should I be expecting a full period or a baby ? But I'm also 6 months postpartum so my body might just be acting up
