Can my fetus be behind 4-5 weeks in growth? How accurate are 2nd trimester ultrasound measurements?

My period in December started on December 3rd and then I had intercourse between December 11th-13th and had some bleeding January 7th but I didn't know if it was my period or implantation bleeding because I know people confuse the two all the time. I didn't have a period in February so I tested on February 12th and it was positive. My doctor didn't give me a dating ultrasound they made me wait till I was 22 weeks for an anatomy scan and he didn't say much just that everything looked fine said my due date was 10-14-2017 An sent me on my way... SO my question is.... could I of ACTUALLY had implantation bleeding in January and conceived from sex December 11-13th instead of January and the fetus be 4-5 weeks behind in growth and not catch up an instead of measuring 25-26 weeks at an ultrasound they are measuring 21-22 weeks instead An throughout the rest of the pregnancy measure 4-5 weeks behind without the drs being able to tell or different

Hi, second trimester scan are usually pretty accurate and not off by much, but you say you didn't have a dating scan so you don't know when you actually conceived, and if you had got pregnant from the sex in December you would be almost full term now I got pregnant in December mc in march tho at 11 weeks, but I had the same with my first baby I didn't find out until I was bout 4 months gone had irregular periods so no clue when it happened went for 20 week scan and all was fine he was born full term at 41 weeks. I wouldn't worry to much if they say all is ok than it probably is and you conceived later than you thought did GL x
