No Symptoms = No Luck?

Hi, I am currently 6dpo and haven't experienced any symptoms that I would describe as out of the ordinary. The anxiety of the TWW has caused me to symptom spot everything from mild headaches to gas pains, but aside from sore boobs, I don't feel any different. Are there any ladies out there who have had BFPs with no symptoms, or should I prepare myself to be out of the running for this month? Thanks in advance for any insight! :-)
