urine test shows very faint line on its display I am pregnant??

Today dpo 13 I have done urine test at home and test kit line for positive results is very faint/ not that much clear visible. I am also having backaches and cramps in lower abdominal. I am pregnant or not??

If you got a positive result on a home pregnancy test, then you are pregnant.
Remember to not read the results after 10 minutes because you may be seeing an evaporation line (which can look like a positive result.)
