Pulling sore feeling

I'm 13 dpo and for the past 2 days I have had a sore stomach like feels like I did alot of crunches and it's right behind belly button . What could this be

I'm also 13 dpo havent experience that just feeling alil crampy not sure when u ovulated or if u have had any implantation bleeding my period is due tomorow I did see spotting at 9 dpo on August 13th which I assume by the calculator would of been implantation bleeding Good luck to you
