IVF success? Looking for encouragement

Ok so here's my story. I'm 36, husband is 43 & we've been trying for 26 cycles. 2 months ago we seen a specialist & everything came back fine for me. His results showed 0% morphology. We were pretty much mind set from researching before our appointment that we were going to go with IVF ICIS & PGD testing. My dr actually went out on maternity leave & we didn't want to wait so we had our appointment with the other dr at that practice. OMG I should have waited. I could tell I didn't care for the dr. It was even worse for my husband. Granted my husband is very analytical, straightforward, & not the easiest to get along with. Top that with being very protective of me & I swear i just wanted to crawl under the desk lol. one thing that disturbed me was (I'm not sure if I misunderstood) that the dr said they'd remove several eggs, do the ICIS & since I want PGD embryos would be frozen. Ok I knew this but he said he'd implant 1 embryo? That's 1 chance for 20k so I'm
