Positive opk 12dpo?

I'm only 12dpo, I had a ultrasound showed nothing I suspect because it's to early. I recall the tech saying she could tell I ovulated not sure, well I took a ovulation test today and it's positive darker than the control line! I did have ewcm a few days ago and a significant amount of cm was the opk wrong before? I was also spotting all last week.

12 DPO is way too early for an ultrasound. My local clinic won't even try until at LEAST 8 weeks pregnant because anything before then usually won't get picked up. An OPK just detects LH, and really has no bearing on whether or not you are pregnant. Use a pregnancy test. :)
