Clomid and stomach pains

I am cd 25 and did my usual 100mg clomid this month. Last night,,I had sussed and severe pain in my upper stomach which spread around my sides and back. It made me feel really hot but I was really having a cold sweat too and nausea. It lasted for about an hour and left me feeling weak. Just wondered if anyone has experienced thus and if it is clomid related?
