Anyone got High ovulation reading day after period?

Hi all, in december I had a miscarriage (only tried for 3 months then stopped after miscarriage). Went to dr had blood work they found I have Mild PCOS (only have high LH level). Dr thinks if I lose weight my hormones will be better. Lost 16lbs and now am on vitamins to help with my PCOS. Now it's august and trying again. Took ovulation test day after period and it is already High? Has anyone experienced high only a day after period? Could it be from vitamins. Taking "conception" pill I got off amazon supposed to help with PCOS.
