11dpo cervix is high and soft. Is this a good sign?

I've never check my CP before this cycle but starting 3dpt, I take prometrium 2/day. Since I'm already down there, I figured I try to start tracking. My cervix started out at medium/high and somewhat firm but never went low. For the past few days it has been so high that I can barely touch it. Yesterday morning (10dpo) I had period-like cramps that woke me up around 5:30 a.m. I had them again yesterday afternoon but then nothing. No cramping today. Today (11dpo), CP feels pretty soft and is very high. I can't tell if it's open or closed (still learning how to tell). I don't have any CM when I wipe but it is "wet" when I insert the prometrium. Since it melts internally, I also have "clumps" so it's hard to tell what is "natural" CM and what is from the medicine. Anyway, is this a good sign? Could I be pregnant?
