Sperm can live up to 5 days.

You can most definitely become pregnant. The link below provides some information on what days are best for sex when TTC. Some other charts vary to a small degree (some say that 1 day prior to O is better than the actual O day), and of course the reproductive health of partners affects the percentages, but this more or less should give you an idea of what the odds of pregnancy are, per fertile window day.

Thank you @mzevrah very helpful. I'm not actively trying for a baby. I have 2 under 2 but if it were to happen we would be more than happy. Time will tell I'm sure! :)
