Very dark and heavy bleeding at 18 dpo, 4 days late for my period??
I have 100% convinced myself that I was pregnant. had 4 positive tests! Symptoms and everything! Next thing you know I am bleeding heavily and it came completely out of the blue, I am beginning to loose hope. Someone please help me understand why this happens to me (this is my second miscarriage) Will taking prenatals before hand help me in the next round? I really need some support and some hope

Prenatals always help. Ive been taking them every day since 3 months prior to TTC.

There is can be no explanation sometimes. My expereinces have helped me thinking that when this happens it is for a reason, almost always out of our control. It means conception, the embryo was imperfect. And I tell myself when It finally takes,... it will be perfect, exactly how my body wants it...

I also had two early misscarriages and one at the end of the first trimestre. I saw a specialist, and he recommended progesterone to support the pregnancy during the early stages. I started taking it right after ovulation. And I also took aspirine 75mg after the first positive test. It did help me. I have a beautiful 6 month old baby. Please, do not rush to do any of these without talking to a dr. Just telling you my story in case it may help. Maybe you can see a misscarriage specialist?
