Anyone had blue veins before getting BFP?

Currently at 13 DPO ,expecting AF tmw (55 day last cycle after my HSG in april and a CP during the same cycle). I had a positive OPK on CD16 and the past few days I noticed blue vein starting from my right shoulder which DH dismissed it as symptom spotting but it eventually spread out to my arms and all over my breast and i keep seeing more and more of it each day that i cannot deny that it is actually happening. My bbs are super heavy and sore, feel like hard balloons when I tried to sleep last night, had hot flashes that I had to turn on the AC and fan (I always am freezing) and today there's more blue veins mapping all over my chests to my bbs (still super sore, the last time I had sore breasts was probably when I was still a teen lol). Had a few evaps today (I think), don't want to keep my hopes up due to the CP last month. I didn't have the sore bbs and blue roadmap veins when I had the CP now that I think about it. Also my back is KILLING me.
