Implantation on day of AF??

Alright, I'm driving myself a little crazy here. I started cramping on Friday which was 10dpo and have had cramping ever since. The cramping isn't in my back like I usually get for af and instead is in the front and lower an usual. I also was nauseous on and off for the last 4 days. I took a test yesterday at 14dpo and it was a bfn. AF is expected today and I usually cramp like crazy but I feel nothing...and I noticed a small amount of pinkish blood this morning. Am I getting getting hopes up that it was implantation bleeding, or is there a chance? When should I test?
