Has anyone ever had a heightened sense of smell at 4dpo and turned out pregnant?

Has anyone ever had a heightened sense of smell at 4dpo and turned out pregnant? I have been having a low tolerance for DH's cigg which never bothered me as bad as yesterday and today. I don't normally get such a symptom especially at 4dpo.
