Positive opk but no af since may

Hay ladies im so confused right now today i got my first ever positive on an opk but haven't had af since may how is this possible can someone explain

I missed my period for 3 weeks and did not ovulate that month it seems. Ended up later on having a chemical pregnancy and normal AF bleed and now my period is back to normal. It does happen sometimes when there is no ovulation and no breakthrough bleeding for the missing AF.
