Implantation Bleeding

I had my last period 17th May. I have always had heavy periods. I counted being 13 dpo based on my normal 28 day cycle (always regular). However, yesterday I noticed some brown discharge (like the last day of your period). It has got slightly heavier today but doesn't feel like a normal period. Normally day 2 of my period I am wearing super tampons but I am wearing a pad and it's barely been touched. Could this be implantation bleeding?

Seems weird that my period would arrive a good 2/3 days before it was due and be so irregular. I am normally doubles over with cramps by now too.

Took a test this morning which was inconclusive.
