BFP then 2bfn no bleeding

I need yaws help.
A week prior to my expected period I spotted brown for a couple days, then it was more red but still super light for one day. Then I spotted more brown two days after.
I got a BFP 4 days after the spotting stopped. Which was 1 day after expected af.
The next day I got negative test fmu
Today negative as well. But I now have yellow tinted stretchy cm.
I'm testing again tomorrow but I'm so confused now.
I had a chemical before but I cramped hard and bled right after.
Very light cramps which don't feel like af cramps, boobs huart, I'm soooo tired, and I keep getting bad head aches.
Anyone get a BFP then bfn but turn out to be pregnant??
