7.2 HCG blood result at 11 DPO, Should I consider that worrisome ?

I started cramping yesterday and having lots of symptoms. Had a HCG quantitive blood test done today and my result said 7.2 . I am 11 DPO. Is this a bad number for 11 DPO?

My doctor said he was going to recheck it in a week and he started me on Progesterone injections to help.
