hello i am trying to conceive and today i am 3dpo
i been having tender breast since yesterday and they hurt sooo bad my nipples are so sensitive this normally dose not happen until a week before my period and i been having a runny nose and hot flashes last night i had some really dull cramping but mainly im concerned about the sore breast has anybody had this before and later got there bfp

These symptoms are probably more related to ovulation and not pregnancy. At 3dpo the egg is still making it or odnthe tubes and hasn't really reached the uterus to even implant yet. Average implantation is about 9dpo so you could expect a positive test around 11-14dpo. Good luck!
