Implantation dip at 14dpo?

I am really confused. Today is 21dpo and I have irregular cycles and suspected PCOS. I took an hpt test this morning and negative. I don't know how to upload my chart or I would. But my normal temp is 96.8. And FF is showing I ovulated on cd 18 in addition to positive opk. Today my temp is the highest it's been at 97.6 and has only increased since 14DPO. But at 14 DPO I had a dip below my cover line to 96.4. I thought AF was coming but then it went right back up. Is it possible I implanted really late at 14DPO? I had EWCM around ovulation but then none after so I don't think I ovulated late.
