Am I pregnant?

This morning I had; mild stomach cramps, my boobs have turned from a ache to a sharp pain, it's now late morning and it's also sharp under my left arm pit. My entire left abdomen from the middle up on the left hand side including my boob and the side where my rubcage is, is extremely painful! I'm on my first cycle of clomid.
