Early miscarriage?
Hi everybody,
So to explain everything my partner and I had sex on the 28th of April which is right around the time I would have ovulated. I had my last period on the 15th of April.
On the 6th of May I got mild cramps and spotting, the cramps only lasted a couple of hours and the spotting for 2days.
I then got a few mild pregnancy symptoms so decided to take a test on the 10th and it came back with a very faint positive. I wasn't sure if it was just my imagination so posted it on the pregnancy test gallery and got 100% votes for positive. The next morning I took another with the first urine and it was even harder to see the line (only got 64% votes positive).
That evening I started bleeding so called a midwife and she told that even if it was faint I would still be pregnant but the bleeding could be nothing or early miscarriage.
The bleeding has now stopped and I am still confused as I didn't get any pain and my breast are still tender.
Any idea what is going on?

So I took another test yesterday morning and still got a faint positive. I went to the doctor and was sent to the hospital to see a gynecologist.
In the hospital they did a blood test and it came back positive but the gynecologist said that proved that I was pregnant but not sure if I still am or had an early miscarriage... It is apparently too early for an ultrasound to show anything as I would only be 4 weeks since my last period.
I now have to wait for either my period to come or a positive pregnancy test darker than the previous ones

I am 13 weeks pregnant and had found out with a clear blue +- around week 4! Since then around week 5 and week 7 I had some pretty intense spotting. Sometimes pink or brown, other times bright red moderate with clots! I went to ER in a panic that I was losing the baby and they did an ultrasound. Found a fetus, sac, and small heart beat but also said I had a small bleed in my uterus. Since then my body took care of the bleed and baby is looking great! I still have spotting if I lift anything, clean too much, or sometimes after sex. My doc told me that the cervix is sensitive and it is easily irritated and will bleed. I also bled after a routine pap smear. I say take it easy, sex will not cause a miscarriage, but I say try testing again in the AM every few days and if the line is getting stronger than no worries! Good luck and congrats! Also maybe too much TMI but if you have an orgasm (alone or not) this causes the cervix/uterus to contract and may cause the cervix to bleed a little!
