What do you all think?

I came on my period 10 days early it wasn't heavy like my period but it wasn't light. I was on for 4 days. After my period ive had lots of pain in my left boob, sore throat, blocked nose, awful as it sounds a lot more sliver, back ache, tired, mild belly ache and just not feeling myself. I was going to wait till my next period before I did pregnancy test. As you all know your mind does over time, what do you all think?
