Can Endometriosis on my bladder affect HCG levels for HPT?

AF is late had lots of pregnancy symptoms but all bfn so wondered whether HPT results could be wrong if endometriosis effects HCG readings for tests? I want to ask my GP for a blood test but feel like I will be laughed at and told not to be stupid because they fail to understand my condition. whereas my old GP was brill regarding my endometriosis.
