Question

Late period. Negative tests.

Hi everyone, I just need a little advice/insight. I am almost 2 weeks late for my period but my tests keep coming back negative.. (I use first response).. I don't recall ovulating this month until a few days ago. Could it be that I just did not ovulate this month so my period was late? I've been under an extreme amount of stress because I had gallstones (not from pregnancy) and had to stay out of work and do a gallbladder flush (not fun) let me know what you think. I've tested about 10 times.. all negative.

Ovulation might have been delayed causing your period to come late.

You could have ovulated later than usual, or you could just be super stressed.

You are not pregnant. Stress will cause you to not ovulate so you may not get your cycle at all this month.

the period does not come 28 days after it begins, but 14 days after the ovulation. if ovulation occurs later then the next period will start later.
