Is it possible that I could be pregnant this cycle?

Hello ladies!!!! I am new to the site. I need some advice. My last period was on 04/01/2018. My next cycle is on 04/29/2018. I have had some early bleeding. It was on 04/21/2018. I'm confused. I have tender breast, moody, more tired and less eating. I have done some research on everything possible to help me figure t out. Positive answers only. Thank you. Look forward to hearing yall answers.
