Miscarriage finished 3 weeks ago, could I be pregnancies again?

Hi, I had a miscarriage the bleeding was 2 weeks long and finished exactly 3 weeks ago. All my pregnancy symptoms went and scan and urine test showed hcg was back to 0. I've now got mild cramping that has lasted 5 days. In addition to this I have dizziness headaches everyday and am constantly hungry and thirsty. I'm always tired and can't get a full nights sleep without having to get up to pee or having a really strange dream. Anyone had symptoms similar this soon and been pregnant again?
