HCG levels increasing but not doubling
I had my levels done Monday at 5 weeks 1 day and they were only 574 and 48 hours later they were 856. So my doctor is having m come in tomorrow for an ultrasound to rule out ectopic. Has anyone had those levels not double and still go on to have a healthy pregnancy?

Hi guys! My ultrasound was okay. He thinks he sees the beginning of something growing in my uterus but couldn't tell for sure and would not rule out a tubal. I did my HCG and my progesterone and they only rose to 946 and my progesterone was 6.9 so they told me to prepare for a miscarriage or tubal. I have a more extensive ultrasound scheduled for Monday to rule out the tubal he couldn't see much on his machine. Still no bleeding yet but having some cramping. I just hope my body will let nature take its course. I'm glad I followed my instinct and had my levels checked. I'm sad but know that it happened for a reason.
