Vitex suggestions anyone???
Have read what I could find and spoken to someone on CTP that was kind enough to share their experience with me, but I am still open to suggestions. I am starting Vitex this cycle and just want to know if/when I should stop taking it.
Currently, I'm planning to stop after I confirm ovulation and pick back up with it when/if AF comes.
