IB? When would a test be positive? Feeling odd this cycle.

So, this cycle we did injections with an IUI. The IUI was on cycle day 14. On cycle day 24 I had some light brownish spots on my panty liner. Just the one time. Had some very mild cramps. But I was sore and crampy from the IUI for 4 or 5 days so I didn't think much of the cramps. It is now day 26. When would I get a BFP if it was IB?
I have never had spotting like that before, I have also been way more moody than normal, and my nipples have been sore and like always hard(sorry) u can even see them through my shirt! I thought maybe side effects of injections... But maybe pregnancy? I got for a blood test day 28
