What can be a sign of twins?

My 21 dpo tests were very ovious, both lines very prominent, but was that normal? And i had nausea week 4-6, my 10 week ultrasound is coming up and that thought won't leave me alone,but happy ether way!

I have four month twins and I was very very sick and not just tired but exhausted had to nap three times a day plus 12 hour sleep at night. I got big quick. Also my pregnancy test was positive before my period was due. Hope this helps. Twins are fantastic.
