14 days past expected af

Hi. Like I said i am 14 days past expected af. I keep track with an app so no confusion on timing. I have NEVER been this late and not been pregnant. I have taken approximately 5 pt which all came back -. I called my primary dr and he doesnt offer blood hcg test. I have 3 kids and 2 of which didnt get positive urine hcg until I was 8 weeks and 1 at 1 week after expected af. I have been experiencing breast pain on the sides that goes into my armpits, af type cramps, extreme fatigue, and slight moodiness (according to my husband and sister). Any advice or encouragement would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.
