An egg can only last about 24 hours after ovulation, so the chances of getting pregnant a week after ovulation are slim to none

Is there a chance you miscalculated ovulation? Not sure how old you are but if you're over 35 my OB/GYN mentioned something about ovulating more than once because of changing hormones or something. I can't remember exactly what she said. Conversation happened when I was pregnant with my daughter. I conceived either CD 16 or after. I was pretty sure I wasn't ovulating but I wasn't actively TTC with OPKs. I had no CM. I thought I ovulatated around CD 13-14. You can imagine my surprise when I found out. TTC conceive #2 I found out I ovulate around CD 10-11. Next month, I'll be using a fertility monitor which is different than an OPK to confirm just in case I'm not pregnant. I'm 4DPO today.

Honestly I'm not sure when I ovulated. I thought it was 2 weeks ago because my hormones were raging and I couldn't leave my husband alone lol. I'm 30 so idk if I would be ovulating more than once. All I know is I have no signs of af right now and I have that nagging feeling that something's going on. I'm usually dry after ovulation but I've still been watery and I should be do the next 2 days
